Delicious
This is the best cinnamon for cooking. The flavor is mild but you know it's there. Will not overpower your cooking and baking, simply adds a subtle note of flavor.

Unusual taste
I wasn't sure how to use this because it has an unusual taste and smell compared to other cinnamon. But I added it to a Mexican spice mix that I used in ground beef and it added a delicious element.

I like the idea of a pure cinnamon product.. but
I like the idea of a pure cinnamon product.. but. This is very grainy and does not appear to dissolve completely. I will use the 2 jars that I ordered and then look for alternatives. I use cinnamon every day at different times. Frankly, the ground cinnamon I buy off the rack in the grocery store does not appear to be less useful to me.

Great cinnamon!
This cinnamon is priced just right. There quality you're getting outweighs the price. It's aromatic and tastes great. I've purchased spices from this manufacturer and it was terrific.

Cinnamon Verum
Royal cinnamon is fabulous. This one is not. Hardly any smell or flavor.
