Are these real quartz as advertised?

This Clear Quartz Crystal Points is made of natural crystal stones, some of the received products may be more transparent, some are thicker, these are normal.

They look fake in the picture, especially the points. Very different from what I am used to. What mine do they come from?

I don't know for sure but, I do know these do not look fake in person.
