Easy to install

I have had the American flag rear cover slide for a few months now. I conceal carry on the regular and it has not rubbed off. I do agree with many that it is lighter weight than the manufactured rear cover slide but it has not affected the functionality of my Springfield xds .40 cal. I have only had the chance to put about 100 rounds through it with the new rear cover slide, so I will update down the road if anything changes. 7/26/19

The engraved flag looks GREAT on my XDs45 and went in just as smooth as could be. From opening of the package to install took me less than three minutes (Would be less, but you do have to unload and disassemble of course). Fits perfectly, passed functions check, and looks very nice. Service and Delivery of the order was spot on, perfect! Would not hesitate ordering again, in fact...heck..I've got more guns to dress up! Time to shop!

It's a *little* pricey co soldering this is a little thing of plastic, but I love having that extra bit of 'merica every time I bring up my Springfield XDs to line up a shot. Install is easy and it looks cool, so the cost is worth it IMO

I really like the fit and finish of the cover plate. I received it today and put it on without any problems and it fit perfectly, the etching is nice and it looks great on my XDs .45 4.0 I highly recommend this part if your in the market.

This slide plate was plastic with a sticker over it. It was not engraved. I'd order a NDZ, they're billet aluminum and engraved for not much more money.
