Got these not for a house truss but to stabilize a front truck rack. They were just the size I needed, and are very rigid. Package included a paper saying to text them a picture of your usage of product, and they would mail you a free item. They did not. Regardless, if you need something connected with sturdy hardware, this is it.

The previous owners had moved the deck steps to ground from one end of the deck to the other to open a car port area under the deck. In doing so the deck stairs landing was placed in a precarious position with toenailed nails into the landing and into the deck. Toenailed anything exposed to the elements and weight fails pretty quickly.Gaps about 3/4" were between the deck landing and stair stringer. Removing the nails, these angle braces were used to secure the steps to the deck and the deck landing. The end result with the OZCO nuts and decrative spacers secured the steps and stablized to the landing. A come-a-long was used to pull the steps into the deck.

These brackets were perfect for my project. They are heavy duty and will support a lot of weight. Also the decorative caps are a cool look.

Maybe if you published some product specifications that people actually care about, I might consider buying the product. What gauge steel are these things made of?? It's not even listed on the OWT website! Not enough product info to trigger a purchase.
