My current 3 x ac units cannot be connected to wifi and does not have remote control. will the ecobee smart thermostat work?

the ecobee must be wired to your AC units. The ecobee does not work wirelessly with any AC system. The ecobee can be controlled wirelessly but must be wired to your AC units.

It might be a silly question, but can you tell me if the display shows in Celsius too, or only in Fahrenheit ??
