The whole office loves it
I have had this in my office now for a few weeks, and its great! I have a convertible standing desk, so I like to use this while I'm standing(usually when I am trying to stay awake mid-afternoon). I have really enjoyed being able to break up the sitting with the active movement, and to be able to do some injury prevention exercises on it. It's also a popular hit around the office, as we all like to challenge each other to do some squats on it, or balance on it while we all shoot nerf darts at the person(we get really bored sometimes). I have seen guys over 200 lbs. get on this thing and so far it has held up just fine. The bottom is plastic, yes, however it seems to be sturdy and it actually holding up on our concrete floors(and no there's no carpet over the floors). It is worth noting that if you want to use this with a standing desk, you should consider your height. I am 5' 2" so this board works fine for me, however the taller guys have commented that it wouldn't work for them with their standing desks because they would end up too tall for their desk. Even though the taller guys can't use it with their desks, they will still swing by my desk to borrow the board and break up their day a little bit. Although I am not currently using this board for physical therapy, I have used similar boards before in physical therapy and these one is the same quality as the ones I used in the clinic.A side note about the free resistance bands that came with mine: They were actually a really nice extra to have. They came with a carrying bag an instruction book with pictures of different exercises, and the bands were clearly labeled with their various resistances from very light to heavy. This is a great product and I can't believe it was actually this cheap! Several others from my office plan to order their own boards as well, agreeing that it is a great deal!

Great addition to my physical therapy routine!
I purchased this after my physical therapist had me use something similar at my appointments. This allows me to continue the therapy at home. The product is well made, has non slip patches on the top to help with stability and is easy to use. As my balance is very poor at the moment, I stand near to our kitchen island so that I can use light finger pressure on the bar to keep me stable, but hope to wean myself from that soon. As a bonus, this also includes the stretch bands which are a great addition for strengthening my muscles. Well built product, great price, and user friendly. (Showed it to my physical therapist and they were impressed with the product.)

as expected
non slip, decent size (i am 5'6" 125), quality is fine, i doubt my weight of 125 is going to ever be too heavy for this thing. it's good.learn to balance will take a minute, and after you master that, you can move on to doing exercises like planks & squats using it.

Builds balance & a strong core.
This is a great balance board. It can hold up to 300 lbs. It is a smaller size than most balance boards. But, I can put my feet shoulder width apart with ease on it. It has a grippy,no slip surface so there's no worry about sliding off. I have really strengthened my knee and my balance since I have begun using this. My core is a lot stronger and even my posture is better. You don't have to pay a lot to get a great product. This is one of those products. You will get the results you're looking for. Whether it's for balance issues or rehabilitation of an ankle, knee, or hip, this will be a good board.

Great value for the money
When I first pulled this out, I was a little disappointed that it had a hard plastic pivot. My physical therapist's board is a hard rubber pivot, and that's what I was expecting. But this has one advantage over my PT's board - it doesn't 'walk' was you're using it! The PT's hard rubber board would move very slightly with each rep, meaning half way thru the set, we'd have to reposition it because it wasn't under my knee anymore or started hitting my chair. This one doesn't have that issue. However, it is slippery on tile, so if you're going to be standing on it, for example, you'll want to put a yoga mat or other grippy foam surface under it.The grip tape on top is coarse enough that it holds your foot in place, but not so coarse that it's uncomfortable on bare skin. All in all, pretty happy with it.

What Every Standing Desk Needs
I’m not typically one to write reviews, but one day with this board and it’s safe to say I’m no longer bored at work. Our office is filled with standup desks and the few mats we have can tend to cause tripping hazards for others. It’s also a nuisance to move the thick mats back and forth when wanting to sit back down. With this balance board, it’s as simple as sliding it to the side of my desk. I’m usually running around the office for meetings and other common areas to avoid the discomfort of sitting at a desk, but now I plan on staying glued to my station. Not only do I feel like I’m constantly working out at work, but my posture alone has improved while stretching my ankles and calves.Just one day with the balance board in office, I’ve sold six other coworkers into buying one for themselves. They keep joking I’m Yes4All’s sales rep. Best selling point is when not using it while standing, as a great fidgeting tool when seated. Honestly, this is probably my best purchase in awhile. Fun and effective.
