I started Carnivore diet 30 days ago, so I purchased Keto Chow Daily Minerals to help with the process to help combat leg cramps & depletion of some minerals during my initial start of my Canivore Weight loss journey!So far, I have not had any negative issues with this product nor any other diet related issues..It does have a bad taste, but I put it in a little bit of water & chug it down fast! That’s why I gave it 4 stars.I have NOT experienced the dreaded Keto Flu!I have purchased Daily Minerals twice already, and will continue to purchase it! Definitely worth the money to me!

Having just received the package I can’t vouch for the product but the 2oz. container leaks. It was wet in the envelope.When I tried squeezing a few drops into a drink it squirted out the side between the cap and bottle.Ultimately I just took off the cap and poured out about a tsp.Surely if we can surround the earth with satellites a better bottle could be crafted.
