⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My husband has been using SALTT Minerals since switching to the carnivore diet, and it’s become part of his daily routine. It’s an easy way to replenish essential minerals, especially since he isn’t eating processed foods. He says he feels more hydrated, has steady energy throughout the day, and appreciates that it has no added sugars or artificial flavors. The bottle is convenient to take anywhere, and a little goes a long way. If you’re following a carnivore or low-carb lifestyle and looking for a simple mineral supplement, this is definitely worth trying!

Love this stuff!
I squirt a splash of this into some water with lemon juice and it works great!

Highly effective and inexpensive
I started a keto diet and began having flu like symptoms along with vertigo. The SALTT product in the small red topped container is effective at eliminating Keto Flu.I put five drops in 8 oz water and drink about 6 throughout the day. The water is slightly salty but not off putting at all. I also add to Sparkling Water and it has a pleasing taste.

Good. Terrible taste.
Great product, I think. Tastes HORRIBLE! Not much masks it but still have been drinking since my iron levels are so low!

Not a Flavor I Could Get Used To
When I received it, the container was wet from leaking, so my fingers felt salty and mineral-like—similar to a magnesium topical. I decided to try it in coffee, since that’s usually how I add things like prebiotics. The taste was definitely different, but not immediately off-putting. However, as I got closer to the end of the cup, it became pretty unpleasant, almost metallic to me. I didn’t care for it much, and I don’t think I’ll be finishing the bottle. I also don’t really want to try it in other foods or drinks, as there are other ways for me to get these minerals.
