The capsules are small and easy to swallow and doesn’t have a bad aftertaste. I can’t say I’ve noticed a huge change in my eyesight yet, but I do feel a bit more confident knowing I’m giving my eyes some support. I chose the Gold version. I’ve noticed my eyes feel less strained especially in the mornings and the slight blurriness I used to have has eased a bit. I understand this is not a quick fix results may take time but I do feel more comfortable overall. However, the price is quite high for just a 30-day supply, so I’m still deciding if I’ll keep using it long term.

I purchased this supplement at the request of my ophthalmologist. After watching my grandmother go blind from macular degeneration, I knew I wanted to do everything I could to prevent the same thing from happening to me. The doctor's office sells something similar loaded with extra stuff that I already take in my daily vitamin and for a much higher price. I settled on this one because it has the same amount of the 3 proteins and less of the added stuff. I have it on subscription so I save money and never run out. There is no taste, it's easy to swallow since it's small, and doesn't turn your pee and alarming shade of orange. I've only been on it gor 3 months so I can't verify how well it works but that will come I'm sure.

My macular has not advanced since I have been on these vitamins. Easy to swallow. Take 3 a day but worth the money. Have not had any side effects.

Best supplement to support eye health and slow down progression of macular degeneration. Only 1 tab a day vs. the other popular supplement dosage is twice a day. (am/pm) Couldn’t remember the pm dose.
