Hard clasp
The necklace is absolutely beautiful and what I was looking for. The clasp on the chain is a nightmare to open. I had to have my sister help me put it on and even she struggled

Nice quality for a child's necklace.
I bought this for my daughter. Her favorite stuffed animal is a pink giraffe. When she opened this on Christmas she was so excited to see pink giraffe on a necklace. The quality is good. It has not warn off. She wears it all the time.

I ordered this giraffe pendant necklace as a Christmas gift for my niece. It arrived promptly, but i was disappointed to see that the giraffe pendant was missing. I only received the chain and little bag. I will be returning this product
