So I bought this product to use as a bakery display case. It was the size I was looking for and was cheaper than a unit without the heating element. I can’t review the products heating capability, but it is sold as a food warmer, so I don’t know why some reviewers are surprised that they must cook the food first, it’s not an oven, its to keep food hot. I assembled it myself in about 20 minutes. The unit has a white protective film on it that is a little hard to remove, it is not chipped paint like some other people have reported. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

So far so good. Easy to setup, easy to use, easy to clean. Good size for my office. Keeps our food warm all day.

You will need to cook the hotdog first, which I wasn't expecting. Used it once. Also, takes time to put together - not easily assembled.

This thing came out of the box looking good, and worked good for about 4 days and then the light of the front went half out and the heating element is getting to hot and caused the bottom pan to warp. Having issues getting any help form Amazon or Vendor.

This was a excellent product & such amazing shipping came on time & was perfect for holidays like the 4th or birthdays I was crushed when it wasn’t good enough for the person I ordered it for & had to send it back, if not I would’ve kept this product for myself even the cost was perfect I only returned it becuase the person I ordered it for did nothing but complain that it just wasn’t good enough for her expectations.

An sich wäre der Ofen okay allerdings haben wir zu zweit einen ganzen Tag gebraucht um die hatnäckige Klebefolie von den Edelstahl Blechen und dem Gerät zu bekommen. Auch Föhn bringt nichts.......
