Chocolate was old or kept too warm
The chocolate had been kept too warm and here was no flavor in any of the bars. Maybe on the shelf too long. Threw it all out.

Stale and old
Same problem here. Chocolate was turning white and tasted stale. threw it out. was not able to return.

Old candy received
Horrible tasting and white dust like material on candy. Had to throw away due to work retreat and risk of sickness after.

most of the pieces were old and the milk chocolate was turning white. Also many were smashed.

Great product but not when it is melted
Leave Amazon out of the picture and go buy them at the store. They arrived all melted and mushy.
