worth it's price
Waring these takes allot of stress off of your mind knowing that if you can't get to a bathroom in time your protected. They can absorb and hold quite allot of fluids. They fit nicely and are pretty comfortable.

No leaks, no runs, no fouls
As one gets older you must face some sobering facts. One is leaks and drips or just plain can’t make it to the bathroom in time at night. I found this product perfect. I am a size 37 waist so the S/M fit was a nice a snug fit with no leaks. I gave these panties a test run before using outside and they soaked up the volume. I know have greater confidence in public. The snug fit is comfy and no one can tell I am wearing them.

Very Well Made and Snug
While these are well made and comfortable, I purchase Large based on my 35/36 inch waist and 198 pounds...and they are SNUG, especially up front!

A Dignified and Dependable Option for Men's Incontinence
This specific Depends product has been a lifesaver in our daily care routine. It's the only one my boss will actually wear, and I truly believe it’s because of the way it’s designed to look and feel more like real men’s underwear. Maintaining dignity is such an important (and often overlooked) part of caregiving, and this product really delivers on that front. Not only does it have a more natural fit and a discreet look under clothing, but it also holds up incredibly well. We've had very few leaks, even on long days or overnight, and I’ve noticed fewer sheet changes and laundry emergencies because of it.If you're caring for someone who’s resistant to wearing adult briefs, this is 100% worth trying. Sometimes it's not just about function—it’s about helping them feel like themselves.Highly recommend!

Comparison Test of 3 Brands on Amazon
Comparison Review of 3 brands bought on Amazon: Solimo, Depend Fit-Flex, Depend Real Fit. These brands have mixed reviews, so I bought 3 different brands on Amazon and "purposefully" tested them, before an upcoming surgery. Hope this may help other newbies. My overall conclusion: Solimo is the lowest price ($0.53-62 each), lowest quality among the 3; Depend Fit-Flex ($0.58-68 each) A- quality, only 10% higher price; Depend Real Fit ($0.69-82) highest quality, 20% higher than maybe overpriced, maybe not (added cost of materials?) Tip 1: Budget $1.60-$2/day @ 3/day Amazon Subscribe; $50-63/@100+/month. Tip 2: Wear regular underwear OVER a Soli because the elastic is weak, narrow section is too narrow and leaks, and all but the lightest capture causes them to sag several inches, possibly too much to allow time to get to a disposal point. Tip 3: Any brand: consider carrying small bags, such as white plastic grocery bags, for temporary disposal. Places to change most often do not have a proper disposal "can". Temp bags can hold used material, be tied off to carry to a proper facility. Not just when "away", even bedside for a quick change and dispose later. Tip 4: I will to buy 2 brands, one for long hour wear and the other for use when the need will be light to moderate. Now stuck with the test cheapos, saving them for desperate need if deliveries are held up by extreme weather, etc.Comparison: Using size charts on Amazon, Solimo has a poor fit that can be more acceptable if snug underwear is worn over them. More issues in Tip 2 above. Depend Fit-Flex fits moderately well and seems to be most useful for light to moderate absorbency. Not a completely comfortable feel, but acceptable. B+/A-. Elastic is strong enough to hold light to moderate weight without requiring instant change. Time to get to a disposal point. Depend Real Fit does live up to its claims. Absorbent material holds "purposefully" tested to the maximum and elastic sag seems more than adequate. I found the fit to be most comfortable and very close to normal underwear. The price is highest (20% more than DF-F), but includes the thickest, widest pads which must be more costly to produce than thinner, narrower padsLinks: Depend Fit-Flex: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0792P353S/ Depend Real Fit: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B010OVGD46/ Solimo https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QCP9JMV/

Really comfortable, reliable and absorbent!
I purchase these disposable pull up underwear for a close 62 year old male friend who suffers from prostate cancer. He was diagnosed as being stage 4 and chose 1 of the surgery options that were recommended by his doctors. While the cancer is under control his bladder control is not. The doctors are still optimistic that the control will come back. In the mean time no one prepared him and he admits he never gave a thought about needing incontinence garments. His savings depleted and urinating night and day, much more than he ever had before the surgery he was in some really expensive trouble. I asked about this type of situation at the senior center and they told me how desperate those with incontinence become and there is little assistance available to them. I am older than he is and on a budget myself. I know how I would feel if I had urine running down my legs, no money and was staying at home all the time because I smelled like urine. I have been spending $200.00 a month out of my personal savings to help keep my friend dry.I have been buying Depend Real Fit Incontinence Underwear for Men, Maximum Absorbency, L/XL, Black, 52 Count here on Amazon for my friend. It is a little on the expensive side but it is very absorbent and fits snugly around the thighs preventing leakage most of the time. My friend reports back to me that he wear them to bed at night because they are rugged and seldom leaked at night. He cautions that you got to treat them with care and not yank them on stretching them out of shape. Because of the cost he only wears them to bed or when he goes to the doctors and wants to make sure he isn't embarrassed because they leaked and wet his outer pants. They do work well for him and seldom wets the bed when he wears them. Laundering bedding is expensive especially because he has to use coin-op machines. Laundry, another expense that he was not prepared for. He recommends to try to remember not to yank them on and stretch them out of shape. Those 'dressing stick aids' used to pull up underwear or pants can put a hole in the underwear and tear the paper. Like he says 'after all they are paper and they will stretch and tear just like most of the products do some time or another'. I purchase them here on Amazon because they have the best deal and quick to ship them.
