The product is well made and fits my Yamaha 1995 115 HP 2 stroke outboard motor 3 ram system .I am very pleased with the construction of this product. It is the same as the My Wedge transom saver .

I used 2 of the round supports with the white plastic sleeves. Rubber is too soft and would bend at end too much. Both plastic tubes split wide open end to end. This product is only for small outboards at best. I have reordered a different brand that has the correct design for my outboards. Use a brand that specifically lists your type and HP of outboard.

I purchased two Transom Savers, one for myself and one for my brother. We’ve both been using them on our 115 Yamaha outboards for over a year now and they work great. Lots of trailering and although the rubber ends have begun to show some wear with small cracks I think we should get at least another couple years out of them before replacement. Be sure to follow the directions for Yamaha motors and install it on the side without the grease fitting. And when lowering the motor, put just enough pressure on the Saver to lock it firmly in place and not crush the rubber tip. Very satisfied with how these work and will definitely buy them again.

I have used this extensively for my Suzuki df150. The only word of advice that I would offer is to use it on whatever side does not have the grease fitting on the motor.
