These stair treads are exactly what I was looking for. They are soft; thick but not shaggy. They have a nice color scheme that match my throw rugs in the living room. I like they have the illusion of looking slightly different from each other. That was a nice surprise. In reality, they each look exactly alike but the way the threads lay after walking on them or looking at them from different angles it looks like they're slightly different shades. These do stay in place nicely. I like the rubber backing. Exactly the rubbery feel I was looking for. They aren't hard to move around if you need to and don't stick to the newly finished stairs at all but do stay put when walking up and down. I believe I read other reviewers say theirs had an odor. I didn't find any odor. I also read some had a hard time with these lying flat. The picture I submitted was taken just after I put them down for the first time. The only thing I noticed was a little bit of a crease type lump in the middle of a few. After a day, that was gone. There was also a slight curl on a couple treads' edges but like the creases those were also gone after a day. I haven't washed them yet. They seem to be of good quality I hope that means they'll be fine after washing. I highly recommend!

They are so nice but the rubber backing does not stick well had to place extre double sided tape so they don’t slip off , colour are great , wonder why one colour does not match though ?

I had a question and the buyer was very prompt in replying and answering my concern. The stair treads are plush and lovely. They are perfect for the stairs and I love the design. I would definitely buy these again if I needed to but only have one set of stairs at the present. I purchased two sets. The only item that I can say is that they do need some kind of additional rug adherence as they do move around and they do not stay put and it could be because the stairs are painted glossy paint and that could be the reason. It is easy to add the rug tape to the bottom of the tread. I would purchase again.

These are excellent for stairs with tiles. They remove the hazard of slipping on the steps and are very secure. I highly recommend them!
