A Blend of "Absolute Perfection"!
Many years ago, I lived and taught English in North Africa and the Middle East where 7 spice seasonings are staple ingredients in many, if not most, cuisines. Over the years, after having tried a variety of 7 spices blends to my utter dissatisfaction, I finally have found the exact taste blend I've been seeking to re-create dishes I grew fond of while working and residing in those countries and to add an exotic Middle Eastern flair to my own original meat recipes, stews, tagines, side dishes and desserts. Ziyad 7 Spices Blend has created a uniquely blended ratio of spices which can be described as nothing short of "Absolute Perfection"!

Love
I really love this spice mix. I use it mostly in sweet rather than savory dishes. It’s great in both. For anyone unfamiliar with this spice - it’s very close to the flavor profile of “pumpkin pie spice” and I actually prefer it. It’s a great economical replacement for PPS too.

A Very Good and Vibrant Blend From a Middle East Spice Cabinet
I can't give it 5 stars simply because I have never tried a similar seasoning blend and have no basis for comparison. Having said that, I have used this 7-Spice seasoning blend to make a beef braise. It was very complimentary to the braise and the braise garnered high praise from my wife. I thought it was excellent too if I say so myself. It is likely I will test another brand or concoct a blend myself from this or that recipe as it is my wont to do so. However, I have this very good product to fall back on should other brands fail to impress me. The next test will be lamb and beef kufta where the seasoning will be the dominant factor in my results. We shall see.
