Good product, makes cooking easy and convenient for new mothers and working ladies. I need to mention a few points. After two months of use, the cooker suddenly stopped working, but since it was under warranty, the company replaced it with a new one after a single call. Thanks to Agaro customer care for the quick response, and special thanks to Payal Ghosh, who was looking into the matter.

I bought my cooker about 11 months ago. It was working fine for 10 months, then i started getting an error with the product. I reached out to agaro customer care, they were very helpfull and supportive. They replaced the cooker with a new one. Shoutout to Payel gosh, the customer support representative who helped me. Thanks for your support. About the working of the cooker itself, Capacity : 3 L if cooking without the steamer. 1L if steamer is used at the same time. Ease of cleaning: only need to clean the inner vessel than the whole thing. Better than a pressure cooker. The white things has to be cleaned about once a month. If left unclean for a long time, it will give a foul smell. Value for money: yes, especially if you steam often. Steaming is very quick. Rice is made at the right consistency everytime regardless of how much water is added to the vessel. Taste is good, if not better

Ordered Agaro Regal Electric Rice Cooker and cooker received on 10 th March 2024. Opened the box and read the manuals(already watched YouTube videos about its functions). Connected cable to the socket and 1 cup rice filled with necessary water added to the inner pot and closed the lid. Switched on....Cooker's display shows E2...(Error). Pls. watch the video. Requested a replacement on 11 th March. Called Amazon customer care and they understand the issue. Till now there is no replacement or refund. UPDATE Got a replacement on 21st March 2024. Cooker working fine till now. Pros. Easy to use Cleaning is simple Inner pot is of good quality No annoying sounds Keys working fine Cons. Outer portion made of average plastic Cord length is not enough
