A Good Knife to Own
It was a different model delivered than the one shown, which was disappointing. The handle is solid black plastic. Since I'm not matching it to other utensils, it wasn't that important. The actual knife is as great as the original Ginsu knife. It cuts everything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ginsu?
Quite accurately as Jeff reported in his review, there is no Ginzu name or trademark on this knife blade. It does however perform as well as the one I have that says Ginsu on the blade.

I had my last Ginsu for 15 years.
It never rusted, the handle was still in tack and the blade remained relatively sharp considering I used it for everything in the kitchen, and a little more, like opening packages sometimes, lol. .I am so glad this knife is still being made. My new one seems to be just as good as the last!

Very Sharp Knife
I order this knife to replace one I bought many years ago. It got lost so I ordered this one . Its a nice knife but you have to be careful you can easily cut yourself. Otherwise it a very good knife. Easy to use. a little larger than the older version of this knife. I will recommend to anyone who likes this kind of knife

I ordered 3 and they are not Ginsu brand. So disappointed.
I've used Ginsu knives for 40 years. Ordered 3 as gifts. They are not Ginsu quality and the brand wasn't even Ginsu. So very disappointed.
