Not made from any kind of plastic from what I can tell. Super comfy and easy to paint!Came with it's own strings to loop through!Came with doubles of each mask and that was awesome!

Very durable. It was not plastic but like very hard cardboard.They were a hit at the office. I would recommend to get.

These stood up well to being decorated by kids and are strong enough to last (with care).

Better than expected, these masks are pretty, and they hold very well painting (like other reviews mentioned) and decorations. We are planning to attend to a mascarade event, these fit the bill, the package is varied, it has styles for both men and women. The fact that items are plain, allow to create your own mask. I put 2 coats of black spray, then when fully dried I added metallic painting, plus attached heavy decor with hot silicone, the results were impressive, material did not warped at all, stayed sturdy.The only con this has, is that mask can be rough on your face long term, I used mask after decor, for an hour and started feeling pressure on the arch of my nose and my upper cheeks, I'll try to resolve it adding some cushion underneath.Overall, I recommend product.

Used spray paints, markers, hot glue, all the things and it took it all! ... made of sturdy paper mache- not chincy paper! Nice and form fitted for the face... Got it for our scouting groups art project and all 48 girls loved it!

Masks are sturdy and look great

These are so high quality. Very easy to paint on with acrylic paint and very sturdy.
