Love it. Great fiber cream for women. Use just enough to lift your hair up. Won’t be greasy.

The Highrise Highlights: Smooth Operator: First off, the texture! Creamy, but not greasy. It glided smoothly onto my hair, making the styling process effortless. Flexible Hold: No helmet hair here. It gave a decent hold that lasted, but with enough flexibility for my hair to move naturally. Matte Finish: For someone like me who isn’t a fan of super shiny looks, this was a godsend. It gave a neat matte finish that looked understated yet stylish. Subtle Scent: A mild, pleasant fragrance that doesn’t overpower. I've gotten a compliment or two about it! The Alleyway Aspects: Quantity Queries: For someone with thick or long hair, you might find yourself going through the 3 oz. quicker than anticipated. Wash & Wear: While it washes out relatively easily, on super humid days, I felt the need for a mid-day touch-up.

Finally—a hair cream that doesn’t make me look like I just lost a fight with a bottle of glue. Johnny B keeps my hair in place and somehow makes me look like I actually put effort into my morning routine (spoiler: I didn’t). Smells great, holds strong, and gives just the right amount of “I woke up like this” confidence.

Works well for shorter hair. I imagine that if you have longer hair, a few inches, you could just use more product. Since I have short hair, I can use about a pea sized amount. This does not leave any greasy or sticky feeling after it dries. Holds for the day. This looks a little greasy, like suntan lotion does, but does not feel like it. Scent is not good, or bad to me. Not strong either. I use Dope, but prefer the lighter consistency of this over Dope. This is cheaper than the Kenra Whipped Taffy that I like. I will probably use this and on occasion use Kenra, as I think that has a little better hold. A few more weeks trial, and if all goes well, I will switch over from Dope.

Really works well on my fine hair!!

Perfect for my son! Keeps his hair in place without feeling like glue, and smells reasonably good. May be harsh on sensitive skin — my husband broke out around his hairline after using this.

I was looking for a product for my hair. I have fine hair Asian hair and this worked wonders. I use it with a bit of hairspray and it lasts the day. Low shiny but high hold. It’s not greasy and washed out with just water.

Hands down, by far, no question about it, the best hair product (for a matte look and low/med hold) you will ever find, especially at this price point. I'm very very very picky about my hair and products and this one is one of my favorites. Their other gel product they have (green puck) smells amazing and great hold too. Wish my stylist carried Johnny B.
