I am obsessed with this steam cleaner! After using a different kind of hand-held steamer I can say this steamer machine is superior and so handle to have around! I pull it out daily for different uses. Home, toy sanitizing, car detailing. The different attachments are easy to switch out and work well. It’s so satisfying to clean all of those hard to reach places or forgotten areas with no chemical cleaners and minimal effort! It’s easy to move around for any job. My only negative feedback would be I wish there were a better storage solution for the mop arm and other parts when not in use, and it would be nice if the handle had a grip on it. I would also like for it to come with more of the washable mitts but overall this machine is a must have. I am very happy with this purchase.

I have hard wood floors, dogs, kids, and a hard-working husband. So, needless to say, our house gets dirty. This will definitely clean your floors without a doubt. With that said, because of how great this is (the heat is pretty high) it can really dry out your floors. I like moping with this at least once a week, and I find that to be an adequate amount for what happens in our home. I will say, after living in our house for as long as we have, I have noticed that it's taken the sheen off our floor (wax or protective coating?) and has exposed it to pretty much raw wood. I find this sad, but at the same time, I also need to clean my floors, ya know what I mean? You can strip your hardwood floors using certain types of cleaners. I feel more comfortable and am very happy that I am basically chemical free with this and know that this is so much healthier for my family. we are not breathing in chemicals or are worried about leaving anything out that could make our pets or family sick. This is a beast in the bathroom too! grout grime begone! This definitely steps up and takes care of the business you need to take care of in the places that's its important. No worries or stress involved.

I recently bought this to use as a steam mop and to have other functionality. This thing is awesome. The tank/cube itself is cute and moves around well on its wheels. I like how the handle recesses. The cord is long enough to get around most of my living space without having to unplug and relocate. The tube is also a good length, allowing for ease of use and the ability to get into small spaces without trying to squeeze the tank around with you. I used to use a Bissell steam shot, which served me well, but I can't see myself grabbing that now. This one is so much more convenient and has so many attachments to fit any need. I used it to soften and scrape adhesive residue from where I had tiles. I used it to clean my walls before painting (using the mop attachment), I cleaned my kitchen floors and baseboards, I cleaned the grout in my bathroom. It's just awesome. I also grabbed it refurbished, which saved me a few bucks. The thing looks and feels brand new so I don't regret this decision at all. Besides using the steam mop function every other week, I don't see myself using all the attachments very frequently, but it is nice to have for when I need them.

Overall, I am satisfied with this unit. I purchased it for cleaning kitchen, bathrooms, windows, and other various household surfaces. There are a few things to be aware of, but I would purchase this again. PROS: * The attachments are easy to attach and detach from the machine. * It is easy to set up and use. * It does the job I expected it to do. * Using the steam nozzle alone, it does an excellent job of cleaning out decorative details on furniture that I couldn't get any other way because the spaces were so tiny. * It gets nice and hot. * The water tank is a nice size. * I've seen some reviews that didn't like the fact that you are advised against putting any additives into the water. For me this wasn't a problem. I just sprayed the surface with my additive (which in this case was all-purose cleaner), then used the steamer on top of that. * Lightweight, has wheels on the bottom, and easy to carry. CONS: * The brush fibers immediately flatten out so much that they don't seem to serve any purpose. It's like no one tested them under the heat of the steam before pairing them with this tool. This makes the small brush attachments basically useless. * It doesn't have as much pressure as my last steamer, though I realize that this is not a pressure washer. You will have to clean the surface first to remove any debris. And even youve done the prep, dont think this is going to be a quick easy job. You will still need to be strong and relatively patient as you must make multiple passes over the same spot. * As other reviewers have mentioned, the cord is quite short, and depending on the attachments you are using, the hose could be longer, too. An extension cord helps, so this is not a deal-breaker. * The hose feels cheap, bit it worked fine when I used it. Only time will tell whether or not it holds up over time. * I would say this product is slightly over-priced. In my opinion, it shouldn't cost more than $100.

And the hardwood floors have never looked better. Huge thank you to everyone whose reviews gave me the confidence to order this Dupray Neat steamer. I use it daily. Cleans metal window blinds without taking blinds down. Walls stained? No problem. Pet wee? A quick spritz with deodorizer and the job is done. Tough stains? Try a pretreatment with a cleaner of your choice. Then steam over and voila! Clean clean clean. Bathroom has never been cleaner. For blind cleaning use a lint free cloth. Water tank holds 40oz +- My only regret is that I didn’t have this sooner.
