Nature Provides Magnesium Glycinate TRAACS 280mg Elemental - 120 Vegan Caps

I take magnesium glycinate because it’s well absorbed, gentle on the gut and the best form for sleep. I also take magnesium for energy and bone health. I’m really happy with this product because it’s just magnesium glycinate, contains none of the cheaper forms of magnesium like citrate or oxide that can upset the gut, and no fillers. The recommended daily intake of 240 mg might not seem like a lot but what matters is the absorption, not the amount taken. I also like this product because I prefer to take capsules rather than large tablets that contain binders. Four capsules a day might seem like a lot but minerals like magnesium are bulky in general, there’s no getting around this. These capsules are standard size and I find easy to swallow. One pot of 120 capsules = one month’s supply. A reasonably priced product for a superior form of magnesium with no nasties.

Nature Provides is pretty much the only company I trust for supplements on Amazon. I have re-bought their Vit D, magnesium, and Liposomal Vit C over and over. They are based in the UK and seem to be genuine good people. . I have tried various different magnesiums but this is the best, and it really helps me relax and sleep better at night, and especially calms my bruxism (night time teeth clenching). Its a bit on the pricier side so I take 3 at night instead of the 4 as advised, but get the good results. Also it has never upset my stomach. Highly recommended.

This seems to be working. Have noticed positive changes disappointed you need to take 4 capsules a day .makes these very expensive..

Very effective for sleep aches less aching on waking

Pricey but worth it imo. No rubbish, pure and the results speak for themselves. I take them every so often to help with sleep and they are super effective. The results also show up (positively) in my HRV reading on my Whoop.

I have been taking these magnesium tablets for a while now and I'm so pleased to find them on Amazon as it makes ordering so quick and easy. I have tried so many different magnesium product but these are by far the best. Within a few days of taking them I was sleeping like a log. Not even waking for a nighttime toilet break, if you know what I mean., which is unheard of! I have noticed an overall difference in my body when taking them and I now wouldn't be with out them. Definitely 5 stars.

I was recommended this magnesium's glycerinate by Nature Provides, by a friend as I was have muscles aches and terrible night cramping in my legs. I am actually really surprised how quickly the cramping abated - within 3 - 4 days. I have been taking it for a few weeks now and my muscle aches are also lessoning. I am really very happy with the product and definitely highly recommend.

I have made the biggest mistake for not buying it earlier. It is really a must for cutting the bush, roses, dried branches in the garden almost every day. It is light, very handy and most important the battery matches the Makita one, so I dixn'g need to buy it.
