The belt is comfortable and the velcro is very strong. I use the warmest setting when performing chores to avoid or alleviate lower back stiffness and pain. I still would not recommend buying this product. The belt only lasts a little over three hours with a FULl battery pack. The battery pack takes an inordinate amount of time to charge. I am on day two of charging the battery and it is STILL charging the second of four energy bars. It’s ridiculous for the high cost of this belt. Due to it’s extreme need for high maintenance, I am loathe to use the belt when I need it. The concept of the cordless heating belt is wonderful, but the company needs to put A LOT more work i to the battery pack. I am DISGUSTED that I praised this product on Instagram when I first used it. I had no idea what I was in for.

Works great and it’s convenient to use. Only issue is the battery life could be longer but truly works well.

I got into accident so it’s hard for me to sleep at night due to back pain. This helped a lot to ease the pain. I can also use extra battery like powered bank incase the personal battery get lowbat. It has pocket that any size of the battery can fit. One thing I like most is I can wear it while I’m at work.

Pricey, and the iphone app control is not really necessary since the control button on the heating pad is so accessible. Five stars for its slim profile and long-lasting battery. I use it to ameliorate lower back pain resulting from pancreatic cancer. The belt is comfortable, easy to operate, and provides relief. The iphone app is useful to control the heating belt when worn under clothing. I would recommend this device as something that actually works well. I have a 35” waist and the belt just fits me. If you have a larger waist, consider another product.
