Q: I have a 2011 chevy 1500 4x4 z71. i put the 2" moto fab leveling kit on the front end. i have factory 18" wheels. what is the biggest tire i can use?

I have a 2012 Chevy 1500 2wd with 20" wheels. I was able to fit 33"s on my truck with the 2" leveling kit. Hope this helps

I didn't need anything but an alignment when I installed mine.

No, you would have to get new torsion keys (also called duck keys). Good luck!
