Probably not as good as the real one, but still worth it.
This one is a fraction of the cost of the popular one, so I decided to give it a chance. It is a bit clunky and noisy but easy to use. I can still watch tv while using it.I'm a size 18 to 20, and there are plenty of links for me.It gives a decent workout. I suggest wearing a thick shirt to help reduce pinching, but it really isn't that big of a deal.

Gives you a work out
I wasn't sure what to expect, I read some good reviews and some bad, but in the end I decided to take the plunge. And so far I'm happy, it was easy to assemble and easy to use, I watched some videos on the best way to use, which they suggested using a rocking motion and that is working really well for me.I also read comments that it was loud when the weight is going around the track, I have not had an issue with that.

As advertised. Suggest a neoprene waist trainer so it doesn't pinch.
Pinches bad when not used with a neoprene waist trainer/protectors.

Definitely gives a workout!!
I'm currently using this product as I type this, which is really testing my ability to multitask! I struggled to get it to work at first, but after watching a YouTube video I discovered it was because the ring was not sitting on my body correctly! Once I got the ring completely parallel to the ground, it was full swing! It definitely gives a workout. My watch recognizes it as an elliptical workout, so I guess it feels similar to that. It is definitely worth a try if you are looking for a fairly easy way to start working out!

Works as advertised
I chose this one to make sure I had enough links and I have more that enough. I only use 25, and I sometimes think I should remove 1 more. I'm 5'4, 200, size 16/18 pants. Start out slowly, only doing 5 mins going each direction and work up. If the links hurt you like a few said, maybe remove a link if you can so it's not too loose and won't smack you with each rotation? I do feel it in my back and thighs, but I believe it's the motion and not the device. I'm still at only 6 or 7 mins each direction, but overall I like it. I'm 62 and you can do it! I find I need to concentrate to keep it going because if you don't it can stop on you! Got to keep that hula going lol.
