My Son has been eyeballing this jacket for a while and I finally bought it for him. He loves it says it’s one of the best things I ever bought him so I say that’s a win-win.

If a durable, weatherized snow jacket is something you’re looking for, look no further! I am a casual snowboarder and I just got back on the slopes last season after not going for 2 years and I needed a new jacket since my old one was too small. This jacket will keep you from feeling any chill in your torso and is very strong. I have taken quite a few beatings on the slopes just this season and there are no tears in the material, and I have never felt cold. One downside is the color scheme is very light which means stains will appear on the coat that are harder to wash out. However, this is a purchase worth your time, I would look into it!

I bought these for what I thought was a good price for $110 to replace an older similar jacket. Then I went to my local North face store and found one for $140, with many pockets and a single layer. It was much more comfortable, and I like having more of the pockets. Although I don't like having the North face name on it. But if pockets don't matter to you, and you like having a dual layer which is going to be warmer, then this would be a good jacket for you.

I actually thought the jacket was going to be a little different but it is nice and well made. It's just a little heavy for wearing in the summer for rain as I thought it was going to be.
