Extremely Reliable Writers! Can be Dropper-Fill, Too!
These are great little writers that keep on going, even if you let them sit for days or weeks without using. The snap-on caps have good insulation that keeps the ink ready-to-write, and the bottom of the body unscrews in a way that allows you to use this pen as a dropper-fill: So you virtually never run out of ink! And the price is perfect... I buy these to use as class sets or as giveaways to those who are just trying out fountain pens for the first time or anyone who wants a bunch of different colors of refillable fountain pens that can stand up to school and other high-use settings and won't make you cry if they get misplaced or snatched up by a curious onlooker. Be aware that these pens have the triangle-style grips (which some people love and others not so much) and the folded-tab style nibs (not swappable with standard #5 nibs). But these aren't pens you buy to customize, these are pens you buy because you want something reliable that just plain writes every time and can be brought anywhere with you. These are as reliable as any hooded-nib pen or overpriced gold-nib pen. Slick nib with an insulated cap, a decent converter, and the ability to use as a dropper-fill for even more ink capacity... What's not to love?

Exceeded My Expectations by Far!
I am amazed by these pens! Are they the best fountain pens out there? Of course not! But they have far exceeded my expectations! I havemany other pens that were far more expensive, and these actually write smoother and more consistently than several of those, and as well as most! I got these just to have on hand for testing out new inks and colors, as well as for something I could grab and take with me without worrying about losing or damaging. Obviously, they do not have that wonderful, luxurious look and feel of the more expensive pens, but for barely over a buck a piece, I would never expect them to! If you are new to fountain pens and want something to try out without investing much, or just want to have some extra pens around to test out inks, this is what you are looking for! They are comfortable to grip, write smoothly with good, consistent ink flow, no scratching or skipping, at least the 4 that I have tried so far. Even if the remaining 12 are failures, which I doubt, they would still be worth the price.

Great deal!
I searched Amazon for weeks looking for the best deal. I was looking for a set of pens for my colored ink cartridges so I could have more than one color at a time without switching my more expensive pens and wasting ink. I read hundreds of reviews and item descriptions to make my final decision. Even if half these pens don't work this is still the best deal. I'm so glad I chose these. Every one I've used (ten or more) has worked as expected. I used is the Asvine Hongdian Fountain Pen Ink cartridges with a 3.4mm Bore Diameter. I've had them for many months now and do my best to store them with the tips up, but only succeed about half the time. Still none have leaked. I was worried about them drying up on me, but none have so far. I love that they are clear so I can easily tell what color they are. They write smooth and consistently. They don't rest in my hand as nicely as the much more expensive ones, and are plastic so won't stand up to as much as a metal one, but I didn't expect them to. I haven't used the converter for bottled ink, but I'm super excited to. I want to try different kinds and will update my review to report how they work with these pens. I do tend to loose pens or they grow legs and walk off, so I'll likely use them all eventually. When they are gone I'll purchase more of the same knowing they are good quality and priced well.

These work great
These are good inexpensive fountain pens for people who like them and have an assortment of inks they like to use. I have inked up five of them with the colors I use and all five have worked fine. I had one isolated incident with one pen that unexpectedly dropped a blob on the paper but so far it is a one time event and these otherwise write very well. The Amazon description states that these have Fine nibs, but all of mine came with Extra Fine nibs. I'm OK with that for my own use, but just be aware. They write a nice line with no feathering or bleeding even on cheap spiral notebook paper. One thing I noticed was that when you post the cap on this pen, the cap grips the body a little ways up inside. This means that there is no pressure at the open edge where cracks are likely to form. This should make these pens last a lot longer as this is a common point of failure in a lot of inexpensive fountain pens. The cap itself is a push on and seems to seal the nib pretty well against drying out. The pocket clips are made of a pretty heavy wire and are secured to the cap with a plastic finial which should prove to be very unlikely to break off like plastic clips can. They are very strong and should grip your pocket well. My only regret is that I bought the clear demonstrators instead of the colored body pens. I thought it would be easier to tell the ink colors apart than it is, but they all look pretty dark in the section below the nib and you have to hold it up to a strong light to see the color. I will probably rectify this by getting the colored body assortment since they are so cheap. Why not? Edit: I got the colored body pens today. Unlike the clear pens which were all EF nibs, these are a random mixture of F and EF nibs. Other than that they are just like the clear bodied pens. I also noticed that on the white plastic that holds the clip on it is embossed with "Wing~ S" so maybe these are mode by Wing Sung?

Lamy pens so high in quality, even the copies are still good.
The nib and grip are similar to Lamy Safari, the fine nib some times writes closer to a medium with Waterman (wet) ink. I thought I would use these for drawing, but after polishing the nibs on cardboard, they are good. Just give the converter a quarter turn to start the ink in the morning.

Buy these!
These are awesome pens! They are easy to fill, clean and use. All of the nibs were in perfect condition as well and its so much fun seeing the inks wick into the feed. If you are unsure about what pen(s) to use as a daily carry, this would be it. Even after a few days of no use they start back up easily. I will say if your like me and enjoy pretty, shimmering inks, beware that you may have to water your ink down a bit. I currently have only Vinta brand inks with shimmer and they clog horribly. THIS IS NOT THE PENS FAULT. These inks have done this to every fountain pen I have. However, inks by Ferris Wheel Press that have no shimmer work like a dream. So far these pens have been very durable and I will buy more in the future once I collect more inks.

Wouldn’t write with any flow
I was unable to get a smooth writing experience with these pens. First, at least half didn’t start writing at all until I followed a YouTube video of dipping them in water to get the ink to flow. Second, if I paused for a little while, the ink would frequently skip (I mean FREQUENTLY) on individual letters. It was so bad that it’s hard to read the paragraph. The Speedball Indian ink I used was lovely, but it’s bad if someone can’t understand what you wrote.

Quality and affordability in one
Use Case: Bought these as inexpensive everyday fountain pens for work, note-taking, and carrying around. I own nicer fountain pens in the $50-$100 range, but those aren’t the pens I want disappearing into a shop, getting loaned out, or riding around in a pocket. Setup & First Impressions: Easy to fill and surprisingly solid for the price. They have a nice weight and don’t feel disposable, even though they’re inexpensive. The transparent body looks great and makes it easy to see the ink level. Performance: They write really well. The nibs are smooth, ink flow is consistent, and they’ve been enjoyable for everyday writing. A couple of the pens arrived with the converter loose, but it was immediately obvious when I opened it for filling. The fix was simply pressing it firmly back into place. What Works Well: * Excellent value for the price * Easy to fill and maintain * Smooth writing experience * Transparent body looks great * Feel more expensive than they are * Plenty in the pack to keep, gift, or dedicate to different inks What Could Be Better: If left unused for several days, they can occasionally take a moment to get flowing again. A quick flick of the wrist followed by a few strokes on paper gets them writing normally. Who This Is For: Anyone looking for affordable everyday fountain pens for work, school, meetings, note-taking, or experimenting with different inks. Who Should Skip It: If you’re looking for a premium writing instrument, these aren’t that. They’re practical, affordable daily users. Verdict: 5/5. Great value and surprisingly good quality. I’ve given several away because people liked them so much. They’re inexpensive enough to use without worrying about them, but nice enough that they look and feel right at home in a meeting, on a desk, or in a shirt pocket.

Surprised me
Write much better than I expected. The fine nib is surprisingly smooth. On par with more expensive fountain pens. I got them because I wanted to see what colour the ink is of the pen I was using. Perfect for drawing. Writing. The grip is comfortable and light. Cap post firm and doesn't get in the way of writing/drawing. Water test indicates you could bypass the converter and fill the body with ink. These turned out more satisfying than some other cheap fountain pens.

Great set of fountain pens
Every pen has worked great for me with various colours of ink I tried. The nibs are extra fine and great for doing pen sketches. I haven’t had any issues so far and would highly recommend these fountain pens for anyone who wants an inexpensive set of refillable fountain pens for writing or drawing.
