Rugged, durable, and dependable
We had been through several hot plates and couldn't find one that lasted or bad high enough heat. This one is all we wanted in a hot plate. Perfect.

Single home use, not meant for commercial kitchen
Not great for a commercial kitchen. Small and broke within 2 months.

Very happy with my new hot plate!
This has made my life so much easier! Now I can safely make tea and oatmeal without struggling to get upstairs to my cold kitchen. I’ve owned this for about a month now with no issues. Removed one star for not balancing on all 4 feet, which I was able to alleviate with a silicone trivet.

Not commercial grade, struggled to bring water to a boil
I bought this for water bath canning. I figured a commercial grade burner could bring a pot of hot water to a boil and maintain that boil for 10 minutes. It took an hour to bring the pot to a low boil, and it never got to a full rolling boil like I needed.I’m returning it after one use. I will go back to using my camp stove for canning.

This burner is not commercial use! It's not hot enough.
