Superb Vaccum cleaner. High quality British Brand!!!
Absolute best vaccum cleaner ever. It’s so powerful, it has many different parts that you can add to the bottom that are interchangeable for different functions like tiles, carpets, hard floors, rugs, picks up all pet hair like you wouldn’t believe!! Utterly superb. Only small downside is the canister that holds the dirt and dust is quite small so has to be emptied often, but it’s not a big issue.

Disappointing Condition, but Works Fine
The vacuum cleaner works well with no issues in performance, but the condition of the product was very disappointing. There are scratches in some places, and the filter has a crack. It feels like this is not a brand-new factory unit, but rather a returned item. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience in terms of quality and presentation. However, I have no complaints about how it functions.
