Cedar Planks for Grilling - Cedar BBQ Grilling Planks Quick Soaking

I do a great deal of cooking on the grill. These cedar grilling planks exactly fit the bill for me. Best is the short soak time that means less time before getting going with cooking. The flavor that they impart to my fish, and occasionally other foods, is exactly what I'm looking for. Pricing is very reasonable. I will be back for more!

Welp, its cedar so its got that going for it. Though the planks are small all the way around and in thickness. I can barley fit 1lb of salmon on it for 2 people. It starts off OK but as the fire burn the edges its gets really close to the fish. It also doesn't seem to smoke very well. I used to get planks from Costco but haven't seen them in a while, so will be shopping around for another option next. Again, these aren't terrible but I suppose my bar is set higher.

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my dad and he loved them! Easy to use the Salmon came out great but could really taste the smoked flavor on the asparagus it was sooo yummy!

These planks are what I would rate as premium quality. I have now purchased my second plank and have been more than satisfied with every plank. They are solid wood with one side finished just as advertised. Also like the size that permits more than one fillet to fit.

This made for an amazing cedar salmon dinner which I did for the first time with my guest. The smell was wonderful the the mixture of salmon and cedar was a hit and the life of the evening. I am sold.

Purchased these specifically because of the positive reviews. Should have read the negative reviews. I soaked these for four hours prior to using them. They are so thin and all burnt within minutes. really embarassing when cooking for a party. I will never purchase these again. What a waste of money. I have used cedar planks before that were twice as thick never burnt and able to reuse. I can't believe all of the positive reviews.

These are thinner than any of the others I have gotten before. I soaked them for about 6 hours and they still caught on fire on the grill

I was a bit skeptical that such a short soaking time would.work, but my planked salmon was terrific. When this set of 10 planks is done, I certainly will get more. The quality of these boards is great.
