I’ve been using this New Rhythm probiotic consistently and have been very satisfied with it. I added it to my daily routine and found it to be great quality as it is easy to take without causing discomfort. The capsules are a manageable size, and I haven’t experienced any negative side effects while using them. The white capsules provide the ingredients my body needs and since starting it, everything has felt more regular for me, which was what I was hoping for when I purchased it. I also appreciate that it doesn’t upset my stomach, improved my digestion, and helped tremendously to reduce gas. The amount you spend on 60 capsules I do believe is fair and a good value, especially when if there is a temporary price reduction! Overall, this has been a solid probiotic option for me, and I plan to continue using it.

I got these for my elderly mom because she was having some girl issues and I was told to try a good probiotic to see if it would help her. SHe did have some gut issues too of irregularity of both timing and consistency and this has helped on both fronts. The capsules are kind of big, but no larger than her vitamins and supplements so overall they are pretty average size for a supplement. The quality is good, we've not had any popped open capsules that can sometimes occur with powdery supplements inside delicate capsules. These seem pretty well constructed and they do the trick. We're on our third bottle, and they are so much better price wise than the refrigerated versions-- and I think she is more apt to take these because if she has to go looking in the refrigerator for an additional item she needs to take, she'd probably forget it. They seem effective, she hasn't had girly issues and though she does still have some irregularity with bowels her gut health seems overall improved. Will continue to buy.

I started taking these regularly because I’m prone to yeast infections, and I haven’t had a single one since. I took them all throughout my pregnancy with my OB-gyn’s okay, and they helped keep my stomach settled too. Really good quality, and the CFU count is great for the price

I've been taking these probiotics for a few days and have noticed improved digestion and less bloating. I like that they don’t require refrigeration and have a strong blend of strains. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. Took off one star because the bottle could be smaller for easier storage.

I’ve purchased this brand multiple times throughout the years. It used to work very well and used to be the best bang for your buck. It would stop your IBS and make your stool easy to process. But now they must have changed something to the formula. Cause now, even though it works for IBS if you take it regularly, it makes your stool incredibly loose and messy. To the point where you would need a ton of TP to clean and it becomes a nasty chore every time you go. I’ve switched to a different brand ant my local Costco and it does not have these issues. Sorry but not coming back. You get what you pay for these days I guess.

I'm a 49 year old male and had some issues that I didn't think was a problem. For the last 15 years it's been this way and that's just my normal... here they are #1. My poop was very muddy and more liquidy and very consistent. Never any pain or discomfort, just messy poops. #2. My gas smells terrible. I could clear a room in 5 seconds! I'll admit it was bad, but didn't think much about it because it's not suppose to smell pleasant. #3. My weight fluctuates a lot between 170-185. I just thought it was poor eating habits and not eating the right foods. A couple years ago a tried some Probiotics. Went to the store, found something and started taking them. 3 weeks later, no changes and thought, quack science. About 3 months ago, a co-worker mentioned probiotics and talked about it helping not just digestive issues, but also skin. I'm getting older and thought, I'd give this a try again. My co-worker said to get scientifically proven something.. and something about CFUs, was really paying close attention to the details, but knew to look for, those two key words. I found this products, ordered it on amazon, and it arrived the next day. I'm just gonna get right to the results. I'm not a blogger and my patience writing this is about done but feel it's good to right honest reviews about something that worked very very very well for me. Results: #1. Within about 3 days I noticed my poops were getting more solid. About 2 weeks in I knew for a fact, that this products was doing something. For 15 years, never had consistent solid stool, never. Now at 2 weeks in, my stool was always very solid and very quick. I would sometimes be on the toilet for 5 minutes just to get things cleared out. Now, it's like one action in 2 seconds and I'm done. This seems silly, but I'm a little proud of them now. It looks perfect, 2 feet long, solid, and all together. #2. My gas does not smell terrible anymore. I didn't realize this until a few weeks ago, but my gas is very very different now. It doesn't smell bad anymore. I could never pass gas in a crowded room because it would send everyone running it was so bad. #3. I lost weight and my weight is now very consistent. I didn't think I'd lose any weight, but I did. The main thing is my weight is not fluctuating like it used to. I didn't change my diet and lost 7 pounds, and it stabilized at 172. Before this product, my weight would be up and down up and down between 172- 182. That my honest review of this product and hope it helps someone with similar issues.
