Easy to use multi vitamin
I have to trust the ingredients listed. I have used their D3 and C before. The oil suspension apparently helps with absorption. Not a bad flavor - cough syrup cherry. The aroma lingers in the room.

Really good!
This product tastes really good! Easy to take! I have had trouble tolerating all previous Vitamin B supplements, so I just don't take any. Before this item. This is smooth and lightly sweet. I don't notice increased energy, as others have reported. That might be due to the state of my health. However, the fact that I CAN tolerate it and have absolutely no side effects that I have been inflicted with by other products, this is superior in my opinion! I'm on my second bottle and am alternating with another product that is great, too. For me, I fell that alternating will decrease my chances of having any problems with the "B's", as time goes on. I highly recommend this product and am extremely happy to have found it!

Bold, in your face taste
I love the health benefits, BUT I wasn't prepared for how bad the taste is... or how long the bad taste lingers. I dread it too much to continue taking it, no matter how good it may be for me.

Not Bad Tasting and it Absorbs Quickly
I have only been taking this product for a week or so but I already notice a difference. You have to leave it in your mouth for about 30 seconds and I can feel a slight surge in energy just from that. I thought it was the placebo effect but it happens every time I take it. There is a slight after taste but it wears off quickly. I love not having to take big bulky B vitamins that may or may not get digested. I definitely recommend this product and will keep taking it!

Great quality
I was happy the biotin was higher than most products offered by other companies. This company has grest rep. The vitamins taste ok, are easy to use.
