I ordered the largest of sizeof this ring. I tried to use it the date of receipt. It only fits on your pinky and for me, the largest size was too small. I tried it anyways. Very tight! It was difficult. It certainly did not stop my snoring! But hey, the only other language available was Chinese!This is junk. Don’t waste your time or money..The main distraction from this ring is that the instructions are written in such tiny letter in that it cannot be read. Unless you put the instructions under a magnifying glass, you will not be able to read what the instructions are. You will not be able to see how to wear the ring. Even if you magnify, the E and the pictures, they are at such quality that they can’t be figured out. Don’t waste your time. This is junk.

I bought this for my boyfriend thinking there was no way it would work, but after reading the reviews I figured I'd give it a try. The first night it worked, so did the 2nd night. The 3rd night it wasn't working, well as it turns out he forgot to put it on! I just wish there were larger sizes. He has large hands and can't get the rind past his knuckle.

Where do I start?It doesn’t come in three sizes. There is no option to select a size. The one purchased will only fit on my pinkie on my non-dominant hand.
