This was my first time giving myself a full set using gel cover nails. They're great! It's honestly the best-looking set I've ever done on myself (I'm not a professional, I only do my nails a few times a year).I will say, once the nails cure, there's an insane C-curve. It's basically a half circle! I've never had nails that curved this much, and it's taking some getting used to. I still like my nails though.One more thing: this is actually the 2nd set I did. I didn't know how to work with the nails at first, so the first set came out all crooked. So I soaked the first set of in acetone. These are definitely real gel nails, not plastic!4.5 Stars

They are way longer than I needed so Ill probably get the short ones next time.Theyre great nails! I started by using the lamp I already had but that was a mistake because after I started using the one that comes with it Its clear that the light is stronger and helps it set better than my other one.If you plan on putting these on I would do it after you shower because they come off in hot water, only one or two pop off so you can just put new ones on to replace them if you want to keep the design or soak them in a bowl of hot water and theyll come off.Ive had them about a month and I get bored easy with the designs so it works for me.They rip up ur nails if you dont properly soak them and my nails feel very brittle after they come off which is fine cause I just cover them up again.All in all I enjoy them for fun, not bad for the price but since I have smaller nails the wide range of larger sizes are useless and you only really use a few of the sizes for about 3 months worth of nails if you switch them out every week and a half like I do.Im not very experienced in nails but I like the idea of using them to make my hands look thinner, sausage fingers amiright?If you want the nails really long I would get the coffin size but in the future Ill be getting the shorter one cause I end up cutting about half the nail off and shaping it anyway.

I bough this because it was difficult using press on gel glue with a normal UV/LED light. This was easier to use but time consuming even with flash curing. One thing I wish was different about this light is it’s weight, it is very light so it falls over easily.

if you prep your nails before hand, it works! it last about 3-5 days. obviously it depends on what you’re doing with your hands or if you wash your hands a lot and a couple would pop off eventually. great for special occasions, if you don’t want to get acrylic nails or have flimsy press ons. it doesn’t ruin your nail bed.

I would recommend that you add a little extra gel to the nail for a little extra strength. The shape is beyond perfect and apex is on point. Easy to file and is a little thicker than most gel x nail tips.

I am obsessed with this way to doing my nails. Highly recommend getting a larger light and some gel polish but love love love this kit.You can finally do your own nails at home.
