This product has turned my dog’s whole life around and I really can’t praise it enough. My poor old guy is the yeastiest dog most people (including at least two vets) have ever seen. He’s a rescue chow chow, so his wrinkles are generally pretty affected, then his paws, underarms, and (of all things) neutering scar have been hotspots for most of his 10-year life. It’s been everything I can do—regular ACV/water wipe-downs, weekly chlorhexidine baths, constant bedding laundering, protein alternation, then raw and grain-free diets, the list goes on—just to keep his yeast at a level he can barely tolerate without antidepressants. This little miracle powder has changed everything. We’ve been using it for two weeks, and he’s a different dog. His itching has decreased dramatically and his skin, even his worst areas, is improving each day. He’s able to sleep through the night without constantly waking up to scratch, so he’s happy and lively during the day again. I’m writing this review because I went to apply his ACV today and didn’t have to for the first time in months. Not even to his underarms!! I know the price point feels a little steep to try when you’re worried it might not work, but if my dog is anything to go by, you’re going to wish you’d bought it sooner. I am so thankful! I had high hopes for this. Sadly it made my dog so much worse in less than a week. She’s scratching herself bloody and chewing her paws which she was not before. I read the reviews and hoped it wouldn’t negatively affect my dog. I still love the brand and use multiple of their other products. Wish they sold sample size as $40 dollars has now been wasted.

Yes, it is a small and expensive container, but the serving size is TINY and worth every penny! Start with the smallest amount — introducing new things to your dog’s diet should ALWAYS be done slowly. This has a strong mushroom/umami smell but it didn’t bother my dog at all. We have been using this product along with one from another brand (has spirulina, colostrum, etc.) and our English Bulldog almost FREE of licking and itching. If your vet has recommended Hydrolyzed Food or Apoquel please do research on the GUT MICROBIOME. Heal the gut, heal the body!

Used the whole container and didn’t see any difference which I am really bummed about. I was hoping this would work. Dog has allergies to the point where she gets bacterial infections. She smells yeasty and this isn’t helping. Back to the Vet we go.
