I've used this charcoal basket for a month now BBQing 5-6 times a week. This basket coupled with the heavy duty drip pan has been a game changer. The construction is rugged but not over kill. The water trough works great and allows me to better maintain temps and humidity. Adding fresh rosemary sprigs to the trough gives added flavor and aroma. I have cooked several times up to 600+F and had no warping or discoloration. Easy to clean and fits my 26" Weber perfectly. Excellent product and I would highly recommend.

Seems well made and beefy. Worked out great on my first cook, slow smoking some pork tenderloins in 40-degree weather. The cook took a little longer, due to the weather, but it was easy to keep the temps stable, the tenderloins cooked evenly, were juicy and have great smoke!

Does great. It's well built and was able to control the temperature. If you enjoy cooking slow this helps. Recommend.

There weren't alot of options for the weber 26" 5 years ago so Used modified baskets for years and they did a good Job. Fuel last longer in this and the water trough is a great feature. Can get to 500 no problem and can hold lower temps as well. Happy with the purchase so far.

I bought the SnS basket to try and up my kettle game. I like it well enough. For cooking offset items like grilled chicken or a rack of ribs, this works great. For smoking a Boston Butt, it's okay. They tout it to last for an 8 hour cook. I've been using this for the past month quite extensively and I'd say it's good for about 6 hours solid. If I want to get to 8 hours of cooking then I'm definitely adding more fuel. All that being said, I'd still recommend it. All the food ice made using it has turned out excellent. My wife has informed me that I need to add the BBQ chicken into our bi-weekly rotation, and I have to agree with her suggestion. If you get this I would also suggest getting the SnS grill grate. Using it makes it much easier to add fuel to the slow-n-sear basket.
