A quality regular ground black pepper.
Like most people, I always have pepper stored in the food cupboard. It's a very versatile spice that I use in cooking, sprinkled on salads and other foods.I prefer black pepper I find it's got a better taste than ground white and was looking forward to this arriving. Although I don't feel there is much difference between black peppers on the market, I think this one from Schwartz is slightly more premium than the shop's own brand. This black pepper is already ground, it comes in a 90g drum and there are two sizes of holes to sprinkle from the lid which I find useful. It's free from artificial colours, and flavourings and the listing says this black pepper is made from high-quality ingredients which after trying it I can believe.

good size
I thought this would be roughly the same size as regular spice jar, however I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually larger. Handy lid that just lifts of easily, especially for some one with arthritis in my hands and wrists. it smells lovely too, very fresh.

Nice, but more expensive.
The quality of the black pepper is quite good, however, not that different from supermarket brands, but a lot more expensive.Medium ground, which is quite good, as it's not too coarse and not too fine for seasoning foods. The taste isn't too strong, but that's to be expected from ground pepper. Not really suitable for frying off first like freshly grinded whole black peppers, but that's with any fine grounded black pepper.Simple carton, easy to use and quite convenient. Not bad, but just too expensive when supermarket options cost a fraction of the price for similar quality.
