I was extremely disappointed for not being able to use the door hook. It's not long enough to close the door on it. So l have a over the door gym bar and that is what l use.

Looked good n strong but snapped after about ten uses

Absalutey fantastic peice of kit, i use to be a semi pro natrual bodybuilder but illness struck and i stopped lifting weights and then i dislocated my knee caps and that through me out of training for years. now im starting back up at 26 years old and i have no interest in weights anymore so i got these to help with body weight training and i have to say these a amazing. You really feel the resistance of the bands and they work very effectively i would highly recommended

I got 2 sets so that I could do chest fly crossovers. They are not as good as a set I had before. They offer no resistance until stretched and then sudden ressistance at its' max stretch. Unl8ke my other bands that offer ressistance early on in the movement and then harder at the end of the movement but still stretchable. They also feel like they are made from a different material. I have kept the handles as they are pretty decent but don't use the bands as I find them pretty useless. Gone back to my old bands and doing one side of my chest at a time.

Was great on holiday we were able to do full work outs without any weights for 2 weeks

The door anchor is too short so unlike other door anchors that I've used where I was able to close the door fully and utilise the bands vertically, this one obstructs the door and doesn't allow it to shut. Except this issue the bands seem good and sturdy.

The bands just what I needed to add to my workouts. perfect condition , great price For a set.
