Cleanstream Shower Enema System with 6Foot Metal Hose, Dual Nozzle Set

I am very impressed with the Cleanstream Shower Enema System. Installation was a breeze and it integrated perfectly with my showerhead. The 6-foot hose gives plenty of reach, and the flow control valve is a must-have for safety and comfort. Having the two different nozzle sizes is a great bonus. It feels like a very high-quality, professional kit that is built to last.

I ordered this product to use it exactly as intended, and have used it for plenty of things past those purposes. It works great for enemas, it heats up quickly so it doesn't freeze your ass, and fits in a little tight for people who aren't used to putting things in places they usually don't. If you order this I'd suggest buying an extra hose to make it more convenient. I found it really good for cleaning out the shower. It handles a lot of pressure and heat well. I ordered this hose about 6 months ago and have used it at least 4 times a month. I'll list the pros and cons; Pros; -I can't find anything as cheaply priced for enemas- without being potentially unclean- -Very convenient. You don't need a special attachment for anything, it goes on most shower hoses. -Super easy to clean- as it should be; this is something designed to go unclean places. It should clean easy. -Comfortable and easy to use- I've bought enema bottles, they don't feel too great most times. This slides easily in. -Durable- I've dropped this sucker pretty hard on tile plenty of times, and the tile/metal don't care- it looks like the day I bought it. It comes with 2 extra gaskets, and I don't see any of the other parts breaking or leaking any time soon. -It works- enema bottles and laxative and all of those never worked for me, this works- no guarantee needed, it's water. -Easy to set up/put away, all of the parts come apart easily, but stay tight when you need them to. -It might be a little big to easily put inside, but once its in it slides easily. -Its appearance is very normal. For people with children/family who wish to be discreet about this, many people won't recognize what this is used for especially if it is in parts. Cons -It's slick, which is great for entry, but not great if you want to hold it in while it does its job. -You can't go past the rod- (I have) Technically you can, but pulling it back out can damage your ring, because the part where hose meets rod is very rough. The hose isn't that rough, but not super comfortable either. -Its shape is very straightforward but could be awkward especially for people with inexperience. -It heats up quickly, so if you don't have the right temperature, or the temperature changes without your notice (roommates, family cause water temperature change), it can burn/chill VERY quickly. -The hose it comes with isn't long enough. A lot of people say this- and it is kind of true. I don't have any trouble using it in the shower standing/kneeling but if I want to sit in the shower I have trouble. My shower head isn't very high, so I can imagine troubles for someone with a tall shower-head. It would be very convenient to use this at the toilet, and if I had double the hose that would be no problem. Hoses aren't hard to find - so this is a very minor inconvenience. -Unless you're a veteran, you're going to want to use lube/lotion etc. It's big enough. This enema system is worth it. I'd buy it before anything expensive, or anything based off of silicone or rubber- the dildo shaped enema kits could easily wear and become unclean as they are porus. If you're not very good at putting things in places, you might want to look into the rubber based ones- but fact is- they won't last as long, or be as clean/convenient.

My Cleanstream was delivered on time, undamaged, and the parts inside were all clean, smooth-finished, and ready for installation. I mounted my unit in my walk-in shower and thought the hose might not be long enough, but it was the opposite - I tied a loose knot in the hose to shorten it, which was enough to keep the nozzle from dragging on the floor of the shower. I've tried both the wide 5-hole nozzle and the narrow one-hole nozzle. I find I prefer the wider one as it's more gentle in it's delivery of the dihydrogen monoxide payload to my rectum. I did have one issue with the diverter valve coming apart after our adjustable shower head mounted to the flow-thru end of the valve was over-rotated and caused the valve to come apart. Careful reassembly of the valve was successful and repositioning the shower head flex arm proved to avoid the issue from recurring.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this product. I think I expected it to "rinse" me, but instead, it's what it says--an enema device. It fits comfortably and the hose is long enough and very flexible. Some reviewers seem to want to lie down while they use this. I can't understand that. I just stand up in the shower and insert it. After filling myself up for a few minutes with warm water, I have to go and sit on toilet. In about 10 minutes everything inside comes out in a rush. This provides the cleaning. To be completely sure, I can repeat the process until everything comes out clear. That is the technique. After using Cleanstream this way a few times, I tried out the smaller head, the thin one with only one hole at the end. This indeed does provide a rinse, going deep inside and flushing out the dirt. You can repeat until nothing but clear comes out and then rinse it out of the tub with the same nozzle. I have a single handle shower though and so when I adjust the pressure, it also reduces the temperature. This isn't a huge issue, and if you want warmer water, you could put a control valve at the water source to reduce the flow. However, the cooler water isn't uncomfortable, and the diverter valves are problematic anyway (see below) so I didn't choose this option. There's also some enema effect from this "rinse" application, but it's much milder and only results in a "muddy" discharge, sort of the color of pee. The fault in the product is in the diverter head. It is metal, but poorly made. After about three uses it completely fell apart, and while it was working, the water flow was never fully diverted to one or the other outlet (shower head or enema tube). It always leaked, and in addition, the hose is so slinky that it needed a place to be held in place. I got some sticky hooks from Home Depot to attach to the wall and this more or less worked, but I found it awkward and unattractive. I shopped around for some other diverters, from Delta and other companies, but they cost around $30 or more, the cost of the entire device, and reviews said they weren't very satisfactory either, at least after a while. Therefore, I've come to the conclusion that the best way to use this device is to simply take the shower head off and attach the enema tube and then repeat this as necessary. It's hardly ideal, but it works, which is more than can be said for the ugly and faulty diverter assembly.

Install was a breeze. They recommended you use a waterproof tape around the joints. I did not use the tape and there is some leakeage from the joints when water is engaged, but not enough to not be able to use. Clean out is so easy and convenient now- no more filling up that bulb over and over again.

Buy it. Buy it now! I bought this because I wanted to feel clean before partaking in back door activities. It does a great job. That’s not why I’m writing this review. One day in the shower I got curious. Decided to see what it would feel like if I aimed the water somewhere else. What I felt I cannot describe. My shower time went from 15 minutes to at least 45 minutes every.single.time. My husband came running because he heard me screaming and thought something was wrong. Like a good husband he didn’t get upset, instead he teamed up with it during our next shower. Now my water bill increased and I’m late for everything. It’s gotten so bad that I have to avoid making eye contact with the hose when I shower or forget all my plans for the rest of the day. Pure ecstasy. That is all. Buy the damn thing. Thank me later.

THIS IS SO AWESOME I BOUGHT IT AGAIN! When i hit 39 and read that Men who are high meat eaters are also prone to prostate and colon cancers and read that one of the ways to reduce these chances is to clean out your system , so i bought one of these. and i used it 3-4x a week ( have to admit i really love the clean feeling that comes with it ) That was four years ago.. and it even died slowly. It was just the knob that broke off. I reglued it., lasted another 3 months, then i just used a little wrench and finally it died two weeks ago. It was such a great product i bought another one!! and just broke it in, and OMG!! they improved on the design. used to have a thinner stream, but now the stream is thicker and softer for comfort.

First thanks to everyone who answered my questions. I'm not even sure if I'm using it "right" but it's working for me so whatever. I was afraid of how that metal would go inserting, and controlling water pressure & temp. So I turned it on first & adjusted. But then with water already shooting, I couldn't get it up/in. But then realized I didn't have to insert. Just being at the door worked and water pressure took care of the rest. So it's for me an advantage that insertion isn't necessary. Next, I don't do the hold thing. I just let it go as soon as needed. Then go back for another round if needed. With a bag you try & make the most of the fluid & not "waste it." But w this, that's not an issue. Wish I had one at my boyfriends house but too inappropriate to install over there, lol. And yes, working is the main thing. I already had a diverter on my shower for my old washing machine so I just used that. I can see how the one it comes w is cheap but so what. Replace that if needed from a hardware store. The important parts of this rock.

Excellent and was very very easy to fit to the shower. Took about ten minutes in all and everything was ready to go. Used it for the first time last night without any problems and found it to be very comfortable and a enjoyable experience. Just to add that I didn't think I would miss using this so much !! I was away for two days and couldn't start taking the hotel shower apart !! So I had to go without it for two whole days and at that point I discovered just how clean using this makes you feel. As the saying goes....What you've never had you never miss !!

Definitely got the job done. So sparkly clean. Although the hose is definitely not 6ft long. It's still long enough though

Leichte Montage - auch als Frau möglich. Erfüllt seinen Zweck - schöne Erfahrung unter der Dusche durch die beiden Aufsätze. War eigentlich zur Verwendung mit meinem Ex gedacht, dieser ist nun wahrscheinlich in anderen Betten aktiv, doch ich behalte es trotzdem und danke ihm für die Empfehlung :)

Alles dabei und funktioniert sehr gut! Preislich könnte es günstiger sein, aber hier ist ja alles dabei. Ich beabsichtige es noch einmal zu bestellen, damit ich es nicht immer demontieren muss.
