This is the best. the taste is great, like a treat. It does not have much chance at longevity because i finish them so quickly. The vitamin content is good one dropper full for a good dose. I think in a liquid the absorption of vitamin is better and never have I had it bother my stomach or digestion.

It should not be so hot the whole glass bottle , it was under the sunshine for so long, it it is liquid supplement , I am not sure if B12 still work or not due to the temperature of the bottle is so high, I am vegan, I need the B12 to work properly for me
