My husband and I love this. Within a few months I could tell me body hair was thicker and eye lashes and nails are stronger and shiney. But, I got for hair loss and it's not helping the hair on my head any. But, I will still continue to take bc nails look great and stronger than ever plus eye lashes have never been so full!
