I want to use this to cure cannabis, what is the humidity at default with this unit?

The problem with this unit is if there is a power outage the unit defaults to 64 degrees and at that point regardless of the humidity you have chosen the cooler temp will lower the humidity. You can install a UPS which should prevent the power outage issue

I would like to purchase additional drawers.

Hello, we have Spanish Cedar Wood drawer available in our shop, ASIN is B09ZLK18HD, it is suitable for NEEDONE NO-48B/NO-48BT. Hope it would help you. All our best wishes for you. :)

Would this work well for storing cans of sparkling water?

It’s not a refrigerator. It’s a humidor for cigars. If you want to store cans/bottles of sparkling water get a mini refrigerator or a wine cooler.

What Volts are the lights?

Hello, the lights are 3 Volts. Hope it would help you. All our best wishes for you. :)
