I excellent
I got this to replace another unknown make for our meeting room. I had 2 of the previosu one but one of them failed. In fact it had been a little flakey for a while, not being recognised by the mini PC. This provides a really sharp image, even better than the previous one which was pretty good. You can set it to focus on a single person or those in the room if there is more, however, whilst this feature is really cool and it zooms and pans automatically, it does move about if it’s own accord (mostly when the people in the room move slightly), so it can be a bit odd for the other people watching the meeting. Overall, excellent for the price and don’t really know why you would spend hundreds on a known make.

Not compatible with Samsung Smart TV
A good looking solid product, professional packaged and delivered on time. Unfortunately the line "PLUG AND PLAY, EASY TO SET UP. Just plug the webcam into your PC, smart TV.." is not correct. Samsung is the worlds largest smart TV manufacturer and this webcam is not compatible with the three that I tried it with.

Designed for PC / Laptop
It was not quite clear from the product description that this would require some form of CPU and I could not auto install it with a smart TV. I understand it might work with some models - but it was not clear in the description. I have been able to use it by linking to a pc / work around but not quite what I had envisaged. That said, it is now doing what I intended. Picture and Sound are reasonably good for a modest size room.

Very decent video conferencing solution for the price
This personal video conferencing solution is very decent, at this price point. I have this setup in my office, and the intention was to not wear a headset all day, and have a more natural conversation environment for video calls. The good: - Sound quality from built-in speakers is good. - Mic quality is also good. I have tried the test call function in Teams, and audio quality is overall good. Not as good as a boom mic on a dedicated headset, but very good for room audio. - Camera is fine and I had to enable the Teams feature to brighten up the image. Conclusion: Good quality camera, mic and speakers and an attractive all-in-one concept.

Fantastic for our board room.
After seeing some truly horrifying prices of well known brands conferencing equipment I opted to give this a try. For reference I have mounted this on top of a 65" display in a boardroom that can seat up to 15 people. I am really impressed with this solution. The microphones are fantastic, they can pick up someone muttering on one of the far seats. To the point I've had to warn participants about trying to have discrete conversations as they will be picked up! The camera quality is great too. It is wide angle so picks up decent angles at either side of it. It can also be zoomed in and panned around so smaller meetings can be captured without having loads of empty space. Setup was very easy, we use Microsoft teams primarily and it was plug and play. Definitely worth a shot, compared to the price of the alternatives!

Lots of flaws for 1 device. Shame as this could be a great bit of kit.
Will be returning unit, after testing for several reasons. 1 the supplied cable which has a retaining screw is not deep enough to make contact with the pins inside. Simply put it doesn't work. I have substituted with my own cable and it works. This is possibly a manufacturing 1 off but as i was testing this to potentially purchase 400 for a project I'm now very dubious how much this fault repeats. There is a clicking noise on the audio played through the device. Does not occur on my normal speakers I've checked. Tried on another device and same clicking happens. Again, seems to be a number of faults with this unit. There are no batteries for the remote. Its a little thing i agree but as i was considering 400 of these for a project that's 800 additional batteries id have to purchase. Also don't like the fact the unit cant remember the remote settings between video calls that's just poor. Pros are the video is good and the zoom and tracking are sufficient for what i was expecting. Mic pickup is good and clear but there niggling issues are pretty much a deal breaker I'm afraid.

A solid and easy to use 4K webcam for taking business calls from home
Now that we're finally in the age of virtual/video neetings, this camera is a great upgrade from the all-too-often dreadful built-in webcams in laptops or other devices, improving on essentially every single video, photo and audio feature of built-in solutions. The webcam captures/records at up to 2160p at 30fps, with 105° FOV (field of view/wide viewing angle), and built-in, dual, noise cancelling microphones are a huge improvement over most laptops' built-in microphones, and makes your voice crisp and clear during conference calls and video chatting. The auto framing is good if you have a specific office/workspace/group space where those on camera will typically always be in roughly the same space and distance from the camera, but move about a little bit, as the tracking/framing follows your face around relatively effectively. If you have a low-light environment, you'll want to get some additional light source, and if you cant, then with some tinkering in app-specific settings and lighting arrangements, you can manage a lot of the issues of low/excess light.

some key flaws
This had several key flaws that make it unusable for me:- 1) when not in use the camera have a bright green light, that can't be turned off. 2) the camera stops the monitor from going into power saver mode (took a long time to realise this. been getting very annoyed at my PC for ignoring the settings. unplugged it and it all started working again. 3) auto frame doesn't really work. still far too zoomed out.
