The media could not be loaded.  The picture is darker than actual sectional. Brownish grey but still nice. Really firm, easy to put together. If you’re on the 2nd floor they (FedEx) won’t carry it up the stairs so be on the look out for delivery. Received 3 out of 4 boxes, last box got separated in shipment but came the next day. Will need to fluff/steam cushions from wrinkle from packaging.

Only have received 3 of 4 cartons

Just wish you could connect the pieces completely so it doesn’t separate.

Its a decent couch, u get what u pay for .

First off my package wasn't delivered to my address (not seller fault). I contacted seller and they checked into it. After about a week my neighbor came by and said that she had it because I wasn't home and she didn't want anyone to take it. Then after that I get the package and didn't have all the parts. I wasn't notified that this would come in two different shipments (definitely sellers fault) Then after I finally get all parts and put it halfway together (weeks since I've ordered at this point) It's not even comfortable. It's super firm and just not comfortable. I'm very disappointed. Contacted seller to return seller agreed but the problem is I have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. By the time I pay to ship a couch back It's really no point. It will cost way too much $. This has been a headache and definitely will not purchase anything else.

Do not buy this item. The item was received defective with not matching size cushions. The seller will refuse to send a paid shipping label for defective product they sell. The seller also demanded a restocking fee for their defective product. Stay away from this seller and their junk product they sell.

Very cheaply made, no lounge room, have to have a 90’ degree angle while setting. Good for play room couch or just for show… wouldn’t put over 120lbs on it.

Very comfortable.
