The straps are perfect for helping with my physical therapy exercises and my regular weekly yoga classes. And I love that there are several colors to choose from, my pink strap is terrific, and I got one for my grandniece as well, got a green one for my husband!

I recently started using the Trideer Stretching Strap for physical therapy and Pilates-based stretching. It’s easy to use and a helpful tool for improving flexibility. The quality seems solid, and the strap is a good size for most basic stretches. However, the color is noticeably darker than shown in the product images, and I found the loops to be smaller than expected—larger loops would offer more versatility and comfort, especially for those with larger hands or feet. Overall, a useful aid for beginners or anyone incorporating stretching into their routine.

I bought the same kind as my gym uses for stretch classes, so I didn't have to use straps after other people sweat on them. Gross. I'm not sure how often my gym cleans its straps, but I think we can guess little to no. And people use the straps on their feet. NO thanks! These are great quality and cheap enough to buy and throw in my gym bag. I also keep 1 at work and at home to do impromptu stretches. I tell everyone at the gym these are great and encourage them to purchase their own.

As advertised but if you have bigger feet that loop is a bit small. Otherwise it was fine.
