epoxy will work on both polyester and epoxy boards. polyester resin will eat (eps foam) epoxy surfboards. Ive used this on both epoxy and poly and it works well

How long does it take from application to being dry so the board can go back in the ocean?

as soon as after mix two materilal, It takes about 12hrs to go. however to be the perfect Harding better wait 24hrs. It is not kind of to being "dry", instead it become harden. so that you have to wait until become hard. blowing air does not help shorting the time.

Can this be used with Expanded Polystyrene?
