Review: Bon couteau, reçu avec les côtés griffés ... - Desosseur 13cm : Tranchant parfait puisqu'il parvient à traverser sans difficulté une feuille de papier A4 tenue par sa tranche. Manche qui emprisonne la soie des deux côtés et par le fond. Le dessus laisse apparaître la soie qui est entière (parcourt tout le manche jusqu'au bout) et bien large. Couteau certifié NSF donc parfait d'un point de vue hygiène alimentaire. Aucune indication sur le degré de dureté de l'acier utilisé ... seulement inidqué NITRIUM ? Trois étoiles seulement, car il me semble que ce couteau n'est pas entièrement neuf mais a déjà été expédié chez quelqu'un d'autre : les côtés de la lame sont effectivement fortement griffés. J'avais d'abord envisagé de le renvoyer pour cela, mais comme il coupe parfaitemente, et qu'il se griffera à l'usage, j'ai décidé de le garder.
