Helps with body odor, believe it or not.
This does actually help eliminate bad body odors, naturally. Has a grassy taste, but easy to swallow quickly without dissolving in my mouth. Forest green in color. Did not really notice any improvement in mental clarity, though. I take several supplements for that purpose.

Fatigue and Sleepiness
I felt great the first day I took the supplement but I grew increasingly sleepy and exhausted by the third and fourth day, I looked up side-effects and realized the Tryptophan was making me incredibly sleepy and tired. I have not yet decided to take it at night because I'm wary of it potentially causing further problems.
