Charmin Ultra Soft Mega Roll Toilet Paper, Mega, 24 Count

OK folks, in case you didn't know, Charmin toilet paper is pretty much the Cadilac of all toilet papers. You might think "What's the big deal? It's just toilet paper for pete's sake!"Oh dear reader, I was once foolish like you and thought the same thing. I used one ply, cheap-o dollar store toilet paper cause it was cheap. Here's the thing though, it occurred to me that I was spending a dollar per roll there, and if I bought Charmin in bulk with subscribe and save with a 15% discount, each roll came to $.84! As a single lady, I didn't exactly need 24 rolls at once, but hell, I figured it'll last me the entire cold New England winter.Using it for the first time I gasped. I'm sure I've used Charmin in the past, but it had been so long I forgot just how ridiculously wonderful this toilet paper was.Ever had a bad time in the bathroom due to some Indian food or maybe that burrito that was too big but you ate it anyway? Charmin is there to comfort and says, "It's ok buddy, I'll take care of you. Shhhh now. It's ok. Everything's gonna be alright."And thanks to its softness, that burning sensation down there gets soothed instead of even more irrated.You might read this and laugh, or think I'm crazy even. But once you've used Charmin, all other toilet papers will feel like a tragedy in comparison.I hope you've learned something from my tale, and I wish you happy wiping!

Like many other inhabitants of New York City – I do not have a car, so it’s easier to purchase my non-perishables in bulk, through Amazon and other similar online stores. When I purchased this abnormally, but pleasantly soft toilet paper – I thought no differently than I would for paper towels, or perhaps some Lysol all-purpose cleaner. Boy, was I wrong.My third roommate found our “house order” first, and he quickly tore open the package. We’d run out of toilet paper the day before. After test driving the product, he was shocked by its soft material. Allegedly, he was skeptical. He started by filling our bathtub to test how many rolls it would take to absorb the water. Unfortunately the toilet paper disintegrated into gross liquid paper which clogged our drain. When my roommate returned, the tub overflowed! He tried to soak up the water with our Charmin Ultra Soft Mega rolls, but there was just too much water. Before long it seeped through our floor, and began to flood the apartment.By the time I came home, our whole building was flooded. Worst of all, I never get to personally try out the toilet paper. That being said, my roommate said it was very high quality toilet paper.

Been avoiding this review! Because what do you say about TP? It’s also not something I get all that excited about, well maybe if it’s thin Walmart bathroom stuff that hurts your rear and it also takes twice as long to do you work, but that is bad excited. Also probably best to avoid the easy puns everywhere. Plus who really wants details, honestly? Well here it goes, this is strong soft toilet paper that will not easily tear in you. It seems almost as strong as the Charmin Ultra Strong but way softer and much better than just about anything else on the market. In my book not tearing through is the number on thing because who wants to deal with that and second is soft. My wife didn’t like the Ultra Strong And I didn’t like any of the softer stuff that doesn’t stay together. We both like this and we can get it subscribe and save and avoid a trip to Wally World and a chance at needing to use their terrible paper in their dirty bathrooms. I just received my first shipment of reduced size Ultra Soft Mega. It's decidedly smaller visually. I haven't used it yet but find it hard to believe it will do what the previous rolls could do. It's still Charmin which is good. It's suspect that the packages no longer indicated the dimensions or the number of sheets. They are strangely devoid of the printing as shown in this photo.Edit: Comparing the new roll with the old, they do seem softer and maybe a bit stronger. However, the roll is disappearing faster than before as it is about 1/3rd of an inch less in diameter. The original narrowing of the paper was maddening and was not sanitary unless you have tiny hands. Buy at Costco and you can get the original width roll.

This toilet paper is great. I was of the camp that buys whatever is cheapest and in the most bulk at walmart until I ordered this. Heck, I used to grab the spare roll of the thin garbage from behind the toilet at college and live off that all the time a few years ago. Maybe I've reached adulthood, but I really do appreciate how much nicer this is. You truly do need to use less, and I find I clog my toilet less....which is pretty big for me and my red blooded american poops. The only drawback that I can speak of is that this is....dusty...is I guess the word I would use. As it unrolls you can see all the dust flying out of it, and all around the holder there is a layer of white dust from it. I will buy again though.

Best bargain available.Hopefully, I can skip buying every third month. I had 8 rolls left from last order. But... IBS Curse!Charmin Mega rolls are THEE best bargain.When my son-in-law was recovering from a liver transplant in 2015, I brought a Charmin Mega roll to his recovery apartment. His sister had bought sandpaper cheap stuff. Mommy refused to use that junk. Dainty skin needs softness.That was almost 2 years ago. He recently told me that he is still telling my daughter to switch from her favorite more pricy brand. 😀😀😀 My son-in-law is a believer.Both of my sisters and I have used Charmin for years. Love mega rolls.Too bad Amazon doesn't offer the Mega-PLUS rolls.Try it.Then use that scratchy stuff that melts over your pristine fingers. If you dare.

Best tp I've found. Not quite Sheryl Crow compliant;), but a couple of squares suits most purposes and mega-size means you don't have to waddle over to the cabinet every couple of sittings like regular roles. Also soft enough to blow nose on. Too expensive for me in store, but affordable on Amazon. Hope it stays that way or I'll be back to waiting for store sales.
