This is an ultra cheap product. It is made of very very poor plastic, and it hits the ears badly when you put it inside the ear, and it doesn't even work, no wax comes out - its useless. Non returnable, the seller put a card inside saying that if I give them 5 stars, they will give me Rs 100 back. Stay away from this.

The media could not be loaded.  What a waste....it won't enter completely in your ears unless you have got ears of elephant. Cleaning tip is so small and the handle is so thick, it will stuck outside the ears and hurt you due to its rough and heap plastic build. Totally fake and useless item. And there is no option to return.

It is not useful not practical as shown in picture. Only waste of mony.It is too small to put in ear it reman out side ear.. Handel also hurts if you try to clean ear.

Doesn’t work like the way they advertise. It’s a telebrand product. Most of its products are cheap and waste of money kind of product.
