I used this product yesterday for the second time and got disappointed all over again. The concept, & style are perfect. However the base of the product needed to be more attended too. Please be careful with handling the base because the edges can cut u like a sharp blade. So the price that is sells for isn’t worth it, due to the poorly made base.

The item was poorly constructed. The edges are very sharp. My daughter and wife cut their hand when cleaning and assembly . They need to buff or sand the edges .

Item has very sharp edges that can slice your hand. Contact seller and was told to use sandpaper to smooth edges out. Should not be selling if the product is not 100% inspected.

This beverage dispenser has an insert that you fill with ice to help keep the liquid chilled without watering it down. But the beverage must be well chilled first. The insert will not chill a room temperature beverage. It will simply help to keep it cool when it has already been chilled.I like that there is a drip tray underneath the spigot. Most do not offer this so you are always having to clean up spills or placing something underneath the spigot.The listing shows that this is great for every beverage… Coffee… Juice… Milk… Chocolate. That is totally untrue! This is not a container for hot beverages. It has no way to keep hot beverages hot. I would also not use it for milk, because I don’t know that the ice insert is going to keep the milk cold enough. If you are using it for milk for perhaps an hour, then it might work. But if you’re using it for milk for several hours, I wouldn’t do that.This is a relatively cheap… Albeit not inexpensive… Dispenser. I use it in a school setting for occasional meetings and such. But this is certainly not a commercial item.This is Spencer is made in China and being sold by Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of 110 bucks it’s certainly twice the price it should be.

The media could not be loaded.  Lightweight, but sturdy. Easy assembly. You can use it with or without the ice tube. Big size. Easy to clean. The stand can even be used as an ice bucket when not using the dispenser. Love it, great for any party.
